Founder
Fetty, the founder and CEO of Jakarta-based consulting firm MediaComm, is a seasoned expert in business advisory services, corporate crisis management, and risk mitigation. Her career spans roles from overseeing the special supplements section of the Wall Street Journal, to serving in key positions at Brooks Bower Asia and Bower Group Asia, before establishing her own company. Boasting a broad network in Indonesia’s state-owned enterprises, government bodies, financial circles, and the media, Fetty has spent two decades honing her acumen in the financial services, energy, infrastructure, and defence sectors. She has distinguished herself through engaging with top-tier decision makers and stakeholders, earning a reputation as an influential force in shaping public opinion and business intelligence in Indonesia. Fetty's educational background includes a bachelor’s degree from the University of Indonesia, and she holds advanced degrees from the School of Journalism at the University of California, Berkeley, and in Politics and Policy from Deakin University.
Carry Nadeak
Senior Advisor
Carry, a seasoned journalist, spent 25 years establishing his career in the media, culminating as the Editor-in-Chief of Gatra Magazine from 2016 to 2019, and later serving as Vice Publisher. He leverages this experience and his extensive network in his current role as a Senior Advisor at MediaComm, contributing significant value to their clients. Known for his organizational skills and ability to prioritize resources effectively, Carry consistently meets stringent deadlines and ensures high-quality standards. He excels in communication, leading by example, and nurturing team cohesion and commitment. Carry's educational credentials include a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Indonesia and a Master's degree in Communication Science from Mercu Buana University.
Ika Puspa
Chief of Operations & Finance
Ika effectively manages the day-to-day operations of MediaComm, adeptly handling strategic implementation, budgeting, and contracting. Renowned for her communication skills, she fosters enduring relationships with clients across all tiers. Her impressive managerial and problem-solving abilities, coupled with her resilience in high-pressure scenarios, make her a valuable asset. Ika brings over 15 years of experience in Public Relations to her role. She holds an honors degree from the London School of Public Relations, as well as Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Law from Pamulang University.
Herlan Primasto
Team Leader / Consultant
​Herlan, with over a decade's experience in media and public policy, has cultivated an extensive network among journalists and government officials during his tenure at Kompas and Emtek Group. In his current role as a Senior Consultant at MediaComm, he handles crisis management and grassroots communication relations, providing key insights into Indonesia's policy-making process. This expertise assists multinational clients in identifying political and economic risks associated with conducting business in Indonesia. Herlan holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Political Science from Muhammadiyah University Jakarta.

Tanzylul Mujaddidah
Analyst / Media Relations
As an Analyst, Dita leverages her expertise to assist clients by mapping issues and regulations across diverse sectors, including health. She boasts an extensive network encompassing industry associations, government agencies, media, and academia, which she utilizes to support MediaComm's clients. Dita holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Muhammadiyah Jakarta and furthered her education by earning a Master's degree in Political Science from Airlangga State University.
Dicky Syambara
Field Analyst
Dicky embarked on his career journey as an HR and recruitment officer, contributing to sectors ranging from automotive and mining to construction. He further honed his skills as a consultant and assistant lawyer at renowned law firms prior to joining MediaComm in 2019. With a strong passion for organization, Dicky has served as an administrator at KNPI, PPM, HMI, Karang Taruna, and PP, while also coordinating efforts for Forlop Indonesia, Harmoni Indonesia, and other local and national organizations. His broad grassroots networks and affiliations with various organizations empower him to gather field information effectively.
Nina Almira
Analyst
Since joining MediaComm in 2018, Mira has effectively managed numerous events and projects, spanning the health and business sectors. Her attention to detail, forward-thinking mindset, and drive for continuous improvement have underpinned her success in executing every assigned project. As an analyst, Mira is entrusted with monitoring client-related issues, sourcing and collating data, and transforming this information into comprehensive reports. She earned her bachelor's degree from Universitas Nasional.
Yunita Nur Afriani
Assistant Analyst / Media Relations
In her four-year tenure with the company, Yunita, as an Assistant Analyst, has provided valuable support to consultants by monitoring media news to trace narratives and opinions related to issues and clients managed by MediaComm. Furthermore, she assists in coordinating with the media for event purposes, which includes sending out invitations, guiding directions, and distributing press releases. Yunita earned her bachelor's degree in Management from the Faculty of Management at Pamulang University.
